Hello and happy Wednesday! The sun I out today and milder weather is coming to my town which is great news! I also have a few virtual races I’m doing next month.

Today’s recipe is a balanced bowl from Feelin’ Fabulous with Kayla Chandler. The recipe I clicked on is for Blackened Cod.
